At Retreat on The Reef Ocean Resort we are offering a choice of 8 intimate villas, 4 single story with one-bedroom and 4 two-story with two or three bedrooms.

Building is booming here on Ambergris Caye, we are considering joining the ranks of owners here. If you consider building here on Ambergris Caye, you're not alone. Below is a little information, a little advice, some opinions.
What Will It Cost?
Your design will determine the cost more than anything. Odd shapes, high-volume rooms and hard-to-get materials will drive the cost up substantially. So will changing your mind mid-stream, as most materials should be ordered at the beginning of the job in order to maintain a momentum of delivery and construction. We may have to pay 50% or more down on the materials we order, and the balance will be due immediately upon delivery (which is at a time unknown until the materials shows up). As your contractors, we will give you a bid based on the square footage inside the walls only. The other bids will be based on the square footage of living space. A "a-la- carte" bidding plan where each component of the villa is a different price can be confusing at first! Here's what the villas that we have to offer cost and what you'll get in estimates

Rather than having to arrange your own public water transportation or be on someone else's time table for local fishing, snorkeling, or other (not forgetting the extra expenses involved), enjoy the use of our boat and experienced captain for virtually anything you want to do - whenever you want to do it. There's a small extra charge for this perk Which is far less then another charter companies.
